Using the unified inbox

Every reply from every LinkedIn account you’ve connected to Badgr lands in the unified inbox. This article walks through what’s there and how the day-to-day workflow looks.

The layout

  • Left rail: conversation list. All conversations across all accounts, newest first. Each conversation is tagged with which account it’s on.
  • Middle pane: the active conversation. Full message history with the prospect, threaded.
  • Right rail: prospect context. Name, role, company, the campaign that brought them in, any tags you’ve added.

Above the conversation list, filters let you scope by account, by campaign, by tag, or by status (unread, replied, snoozed).

Replying

Click any conversation. The reply box at the bottom is already set to reply as the account that originally received the message. If you want to reply from a different connected account (for example, escalating a question to a more senior account), click the “Reply as…” dropdown above the input.

A few habits worth picking up:

  • Use Cmd+Enter (Mac) or Ctrl+Enter (Windows) to send. Faster than reaching for the mouse.
  • Tag conversations as you go. A simple interested, not now, wrong person system pays back fast when you’re trying to find that conversation from three weeks ago.
  • Snooze conversations you’re not ready to deal with. They disappear until the snooze expires.

The search bar in the top-right searches across:

  • Prospect name and company
  • Message content (yours and theirs)
  • Tags
  • Campaign name

You can search across every connected account at once — useful when a prospect has been outreached to before from a different account and you want to know what happened.

Workspace and assignment (team accounts)

On the Growth and Agency tiers, you can assign conversations to specific team members. Assignment shows up in the right rail; assigned conversations also appear in that person’s “Assigned to me” filter.

Role-based access control (admin / manager / viewer) ships on the Agency tier — until it’s live, all team seats are full-access. Once RBAC is on, a viewer can see and reply but can’t change campaign settings; a manager can do everything except billing.

What’s not in the inbox yet

A few things people sometimes ask for that aren’t there as of May 2026:

  • AI-drafted replies. Planned for V2/V3. Right now every reply is yours to write.
  • Saved reply templates. On the roadmap. For now, the workaround is keeping a Notion or text file of go-to replies.
  • Email notifications for replies. Coming in June.

If any of these are blockers for you, mention it when you sign up — we prioritise founding member requests heavily.
